Booking Conditions

Reservations:
• All bookings made by email or phone must be guaranteed with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, etc.) and include the cardholder’s full name. The card will not be charged, and payment will be made directly to the driver. However, in case of a no-show at the agreed date, location, and time, 100% of the fare will be due and charged without prior notice.
• For online bookings, the fare is charged at the time of booking. The invoice and the booking confirmation (voucher) will be sent to you by email at the address provided in the form. These documents must be presented to the driver. You can view and print your documents at any time by logging into your account on our website.
• Remote payment is secured by SUM-UP. Your banking information is never shared with us. After your order is confirmed, a payment link will be sent to you to complete the transaction.
Conditions:
• If the above conditions are not met, the reservation will be considered canceled, unless prior written agreement (Email or letter) is made with SILVERLIMO VTC. Only the services listed on the booking confirmation are contractual.
• In case of force majeure (strike, protest, natural disaster, technical issue, weather conditions, etc.) leading to the cancellation of the transfer, an alternative will be offered. If the client refuses this alternative, no compensation will be provided.
Insurance:
• SILVERLIMO VTC includes free insurance that covers vehicle waiting time: up to 2 hours for flights and 1 hour for trains, as well as any fare adjustments based on schedule changes.
• This insurance only covers the conditions outlined above and does not entitle the client to any compensation. It is neither refundable nor deductible.
Rates & Promotions:
• Our rates, in euros (€), are set annually according to the prefectural decree (Prefecture of Savoie). They include taxes, baggage, and tolls, except in the case of stops longer than 10 minutes.
• Promotions are only valid for prepaid bookings.
Cancellations & Modifications:
• Any modification must be made in writing and sent to SILVERLIMO VTC at least 48 hours in advance. Schedule or date changes are free of charge, subject to vehicle availability. In case of unavailability, no compensation will be provided.
• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours in advance, with a non-refundable fee of €60.
• Cancellations made after the deadline (less than 72 hours) will incur 100% non-refundable charges.
The client must provide accurate information and inform SILVERLIMO VTC of any changes. If this is not done, the booking may be canceled without prior notice and without compensation.
Formalities:
SILVERLIMO VTC declines all responsibility in case of failure to comply with the administrative and health formalities required for transport (ID card, passport, visa, vaccination). The client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance, and no refund will be granted if the necessary documents are not provided.
Route & Journey:
• The route is at the driver’s discretion, who will take the quickest path. In case of events beyond our control (traffic, road closures), the driver may modify the route without prior notice and at no additional cost to the client.
• A courtesy stop is possible and free if it does not exceed 10 minutes. Any longer stop must be mentioned when booking; otherwise, it will be subject to the vehicle’s schedule and will be charged to the client.
Payments:
• For remote payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, or equivalent cards.
• For payments made to the driver, cash is accepted in euros (€) and US dollars ($).
